The Lower Mainland is host to many fantastic mommy (and some daddy!) bloggers. Here are three great local mommy blogs to start you off.

Basics: The grandmammy of Lower Mainland mommy blogs is actually an online magazine. With thorough listings of local kid-friendly eateries, events, and venues, this is one of the most comprehensive parenting sites imaginable.

Why We Love It: Christine Pilkington has fourteen years experience in the digital field, and it shows. The organization is impeccable, with equal attention being paid to both mothers and their children. Updates are every five days, which can seem infrequent if used to a singular blogger’s constant stream, but the quality is beyond reproach. The podcasts are a standout.
